1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout:

'Conditions' — these terms and conditions. 'Site' or 'Website' — the website www.edenandwillow.com. 'Products' — the products or services listed and offered on this website. 'You' — the site user or person accessing the website. 'We', 'Us' or 'Our' — Ornami Imports Limited, trading as Eden & Willow. 'Trade Customer' or 'Trade Account' — a business customer who has applied for and been approved for an Eden & Willow trade or wholesale account, purchasing for business purposes rather than as a consumer. 'Consumer' — an individual purchasing Products wholly or mainly outside of a business, trade or profession.

By using (browsing or purchasing from) this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions, which together with our FAQs, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this Website.

2. General Scope

2.1 These Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Site. Site content is for general information and may change without notice.

2.2 By using the Site you agree not to use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to harass or abuse others, to disrupt the Site or its servers, or to copy or reproduce its content. Access to the Site is at our discretion and we may restrict or withdraw it at any time. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18, are able to enter into a binding contract, and that the information you give us is correct.

3. Contract Conclusion

3.1 By completing the order process and paying, you make a binding offer to purchase. Our email confirms receipt of your order but is not acceptance of it.

3.2 We may accept or decline any order, and the contract is concluded only when we dispatch the goods. We may cancel an order at our discretion, for example where stock is unavailable, where we do not deliver to your location, or where a price has been listed in error, and we will refund you in full if we do.

3.3 We may change or remove any part of the Site, including these Conditions, at any time without notice.

3.4 All content on the Site is our intellectual property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced. Third-party trademarks appear with permission solely to identify the relevant products.

4. Cancellations and Your Right to Cancel

4.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

4.2 To cancel, please notify us in writing by email or post within this period. You then have a further 30 days to return the goods.

4.3 Where you exercise this right, we will refund the price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery cost (we are not obliged to refund any premium delivery upgrade you chose). This does not affect your other statutory consumer rights.

5. Our Products

5.1 Product images, colours, dimensions, weights and packaging are indicative and may vary. We aim to keep descriptions and specifications accurate, but we may change, withdraw or substitute items, and all Products are subject to availability.

6. Prices, Costs and Payment

6.1 The price shown when you place your order is binding, and prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Where an item is on sale we may also show the recommended retail price for comparison.

6.2 We may correct genuine pricing errors. If a price changes after you have ordered, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

6.3 Prices are charged in Pound Sterling; amounts shown in other currencies are indicative and depend on the exchange rate. Delivery charges and the payment methods we accept are shown before you complete your order.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery charges, delivery options and the locations we deliver to are shown on our Delivery page and before you complete your order. Free standard delivery applies to orders over the threshold shown on the Site.

7.2 Delivery is made by our own team or by a courier of our choosing. Any delivery date we give is an estimate and may change for reasons outside our control.

7.3 Please check your delivery on arrival and do not sign for a parcel that appears damaged or opened.

7.4 If you are not available to accept delivery, we may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or arrange redelivery, at our discretion. Where delivery fails or you change the address after dispatch, further charges may apply. If we are unable to deliver, we may return the order to our warehouse and refund the order value, less any delivery or handling charges.

7.5 For international orders, any import duty or tax is your responsibility and our charges cover the Product and delivery only.

7.6 Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. Delivery terms for trade and wholesale accounts are agreed with the account holder and take precedence over this clause.

8. Returns

8.1 If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are dispatched quickly we may be unable to amend an order before it leaves us, in which case you can return it under our returns policy.

8.2 If an item arrives damaged you do not need to return it. Contact us with a description and, where possible, a photograph, and we will arrange a refund or replacement as we consider appropriate. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8.3 Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including packaging, to Eden & Willow, Unit G2 Long Eaton Industrial Estate, Derbyshire, NG10 1FY, United Kingdom. How to return an item, and whether a free return label or drop-off applies, is set out on our Returns page.

8.4 Refunds are made to the original payment method, or to a gift card or voucher where a gift card was used, and are processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods.

8.5 Some items cannot be returned, including gift cards and, for hygiene reasons, sealed items once unsealed. Any import duty we incur on an international return will be deducted from your refund. Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

9.1 If your order arrives late, or with items missing, damaged or in the wrong quantity, please contact us as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days of receiving your order.

9.2 In line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will repair or replace the item, send any missing items, or refund you, as appropriate. Damaged items do not need to be returned.

10. Offers and Voucher Codes

10.1 Offers and voucher codes apply only as set out in the relevant promotion, are for the intended recipient only, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and have no cash alternative. Codes must be applied at the time of ordering.

10.2 Where a refund is due on an order placed with a voucher or promotion, we will deduct the proportional value of the discount.

10.3 All orders remain subject to acceptance and availability. We may withdraw, amend or extend any offer at our discretion and without notice, and may cancel or refund orders where a code has been used improperly.

11. Gift Cards

11.1 Gift cards can be redeemed only on our Website and are valid for the period stated on the card or in the accompanying communication. Expired gift cards will not be accepted.

11.2 Where a refund is due on a gift-card purchase, we will issue credit to a gift card or voucher. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

12. Reviews

12.1 Reviews are moderated before publication and we may decline or remove any review at our discretion.

12.2 By posting a review or uploading an image you grant us permission to reproduce that content on our Site and marketing channels.

13. Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of business, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the Site.

13.2 Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

14. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

14.1 We may update these Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from the date shown, and if you do not agree with a change, please stop using the Site and contact us if you have an order in progress.

16. Applicable Law

Your rights as a consumer are protected by your local law. These Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from your use of the Site is subject to that jurisdiction.
