Information That We Collect

When you order or create an account we collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address and order history. We do not store full card details; payments are handled by our payment provider. If you register using Facebook or Google, we receive the public profile information you authorise. When you browse the site we also collect technical information such as your device, browser, IP address and the pages you view.

You can reject non-essential cookies at any time and still shop as normal. We do need certain details, such as your name and delivery address, to fulfil an order.

We share it only with providers who process it on our behalf and are bound by data protection law, including couriers, payment processors, marketing platforms, analytics and advertising providers (including Google and Meta) and our hosting and IT providers, and where we are legally required to disclose it. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites we link to.

Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK GDPR is in place.
